Dr. Lee Chapin, DVM
I spent time in the Navy and then attended veterinary school at Kansas State University. After graduation, I worked in a mixed animal practice for two and a half years before restricting myself to small animal practice. I started the Animal Care Clinic in 1991 and expanded into our present building in 1999. I enjoy working with my clients in providing quality care for their pets; it is a very satisfying profession, and I love what I do. I live with my wife Teri and my lab/chow mix Bacardi in Newburgh. The Newburgh community has been a wonderful area in which to practice.
Katelyn, Veterinary Technician
I'm originally from Evansville, but currently live and work in Newburgh, IN as a Veterinary Technician. I have been working in this field a little over 8 years now. Working with animals is a very rewarding career and although I love them all, coming home to my dog, Ninja, and cat, IvyLynn, makes life just a little better. There is nothing like the unconditional love you receive from your pets and I cannot imagine a life without one. I love to workout and spend time with my husband, son Gabriel, pets, and family in my spare time.
Kelly, Veterinary Technician
I grew up in Newburgh, IN and I've been in the veterinary field for 15 years. I have a Great Pyranese named Biscuit, a Pyranese/Poodle mix named Noodles, and 2 boys, Jakob and Jarid. I enjoy being a veterinary technician because it is a very rewarding job. In my spare time I hang out with my family and friends and enjoy anything that's outdoors.
I graduate from the University of Southern Indiana in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Nutrition, two very different fields of study from what I'm doing now. However, I ventured into the animal world because I can't imagine anything else that would bring me as much joy. I have 2 crazy cats named Dora and Daphne and hope to eventually have many more furry friends of all shapes and sizes.
